About Us
Chef Duc has over 18 years experience in the culinary industry spanning from the early 90’s to his present day Gourmet Bakery. His knowledge of fine cuisine started from the prestigious Culinary of Montreal. He then built up his portfolio by working in the oldest restaurant in Montreal named Chez Pierre, hospitals St. George’s Hospital & Relais Montréal Hospitalité, and popular Des Chateau Castle.
The chef resides in Houston with his lovely wife and three beautiful children. When Chef Duc’s free from baking for his customers and clients, he’s spending as much time with the family and perfecting his craft. Tennis and hitting the grass on 'the green’ are sports he enjoys and hopefully will have more time for.
Fine French baked goods are made fresh daily at Le Duc Gourmet Bakery. Chef Duc ensures the highest quality of ingredients imported from Belgium, France, Canada and the United States are in all products made from our bakery.

Our bakery is a full service one where walk-in customers can arrive during operating hours and order a deliciously decadent Symphony while sipping on coffee from Segafredo Zanetti. Our cozy ambience has a French-European flair and you seem to forget that you’re here in the states. Also, we also have the capability to cater in mass quantities to large number of people for special events, private parties, and weddings.
